I am quite satisfied having chosen Soome Maja services to build my Nõmme house.

When together with my wife we decided to build a house to be our permanent residence in Tallinn we had a few defined things which we wanted to have; we strongly preferred to have a 2-storey wooden house with enough open living space and as a very important thing a large spacious section with sauna and  connected space for relaxation afterwards. We also wanted to have a proper master bedroom suite with a bathroom, a large walk-in wardrobe and a balcony. We also wanted to have two additional (bed)rooms with their own bathroom.

We contacted various constructors and very soon it became clear that Soome Maja would be able to deliver what we wanted to have. They made customized plans for the house taking all our wishes into account and it was then very easy to decide to build with them. Essential in the process was also that we did not have to wait too long and actually had already the detailed plans in our hand before the other suppliers we had considered even bothered to contact us again to ask if we might be interested in their services.

The building process itself went smoothly without any problems worth to be mentioned. During the process we needed to make one structural change which required technical planning but also that was solved according to our wishes and also with a reasonable cost.

Now we have lived in the house for 3,5 years and are very satisfied. All the warranty work has also been done to our satisfaction. We sincerely recommend Soome Maja services to anybody who considers to build a house. “
